About the Conference

The Roger Scruton Legacy Foundation's second annual conference, A New Path for Beauty: Shaping Tomorrow's Institutions, aims to counter the prevailing culture of repudiation in the arts. By focusing on the the principles of beauty, artistic excellence and creative free expression, the conference seeks to build a coalition of artists, academics, professionals, and patrons dedicated to revitalising our cultural institutions. In partnership with the Mathias Corvinus Collegium, this event will bring together leading voices to chart a course for the future of art and culture.

Join us for inspiring keynote addresses and thoughtful panel discussions on the visual arts, performing arts, architecture, and cultural heritage preservation. Enjoy exclusive events including a concert of Bach’s music and tours of the Fitzwilliam Museum, featuring Botticelli’s Venus and Mars. Take advantage of unparalleled networking opportunities with cultural leaders from around the world.

Help us redefine the cultural landscape of tomorrow at Peterhouse, University of Cambridge, from 5 - 7 September 2024.
